David's love of Judaism began at an early age. In 1997, he began studying Kabbalah, and today leads a worldwide study group at Kabbalah4All.com (which he created and developed). He also serves as Chazzan for the group. Kabbalah and music have helped David reconnect with his Jewish roots. David comes from a very musical family and studied music in college (where he specialized in liturgical music). He was also a member of quite a few choirs, including one that focuses on Gregorian Chant. To date, David has written over 30 melodies to ancient prayers. He loves singing a capella and his melodies can be described as both haunting and inspiring.
